Elcogen received a grant from Enterprise Estonia

On November 14, 2005, the government-sponsored Enterprise Estonia decided to co-finance Elcogen's research project.

The aim of the project is to develop a SOFC-based prototype product by spring 2007. The total cost of the project is EEK 6.59 mln (EUR 420 th), out of which Enterprise Estonia will finance EEK 4.94 mln (EUR 315 th). The funds will be spent on research agreements, research equipment, materials and conferences.

Enterprise Estonia is one of the largest institutions within the national support system for enterpreneurship in Estonia, providing financing products, advisory services, co-operation opportunities and training for enterpreneurs, R&D institutions, public and third sectors. Enterprise Estonia is one of the institutions responsible for the implementation of EU structural funds in Estonia, as well as being the primary provider of support and development programmes targeted toward enterpreneurs.
