Elcogen is delighted to have been awarded the Good Work Environment 2021 Award by the Estonian Labor Inspectorate. Now in its seventh year, the awards recognise companies that prioritise health and safety of employees and set a best practice example.

As part of the rigorous process, Elcogen provided an overview of policies implemented to help ensure occupational health and safety, including data from the past three years. Further analysis of each nominated company covered areas such as risk analysis, staff training and the use of personal protective equipment.

Enn Õunpuu, founder and CEO of Elcogen, said: “At Elcogen, the wellbeing of our employees is our number one priority and we value their input into our working practices. We are very pleased that our commitment to ensuring a healthy work environment has been recognised by the Estonian Labor Inspectorate.

“We will continue to monitor our policies on a regular basis, and maintain an open dialogue with all of our employees, to promote the highest standards of health and safety.”
