Christopher Nash
Non-Executive Chairman
Chris is an experienced Chair in the environment, energy and transport sectors, as well as medical imaging AI and biopharma. His current positions include Chair of NCTech and Non-executive Director of SENSEWind, and previously, amongst others, Chair of Blackford Analysis, Celtic Renewables and Gasrec, and Senior Independent Director of HutchMed. Over the past decades he has been active investor in and advisor to early-stage companies deploying new, disruptive technology.
Carolyn Clarke
Independent Non-executive Director & Audit, Risk and Sustainability Committee Chair
Carolyn brings more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of finance, audit, risk and control. In addition to this appointment, she is a Non-executive Director of Starling Bank and Agilyx AS. Carolyn was previously the Head of Audit, Risk and Control and a member of the senior leadership team at Centrica Plc. Prior to that she was a partner at PwC where she established the firm’s offices in Mongolia.
Vesa Sadeharju

Vesa has significant private sector experience in the technology industry. Specifically, he has over 25 years’ experience investing in early-stage companies and 15 years in the electrical engineering sector. Current directorships include Merus Power Oyj and Norsepower Oy. He has been a Director of Elcogen AS since 2008.
Enn Õunpuu
Chief Executive Officer
Enn has over 30 years of experience starting up companies. Enn’s experience in the energy services and equipment, construction, real estate and banking industries has included a number of listed company transactions. He founded Elcogen in 2001.
Andrew Foster
Chief Financial Officer
With 35 years of experience in business advisory and senior financial leadership, Andrew has a strong track record in guiding organisations through growth, investment and transformation, with strengths in operational efficiency, capital optimisation and long-term value creation. Andrew joins Elcogen at a pivotal stage, strengthening financial strategy and supporting the ramp-up of production at the ELCO I facility in Tallinn, which opened in 2025. Based in London, he works closely with teams in Tallinn and Helsinki.
